A story, an experiential notebook, a collection of exercises and activities, to help parents and children, 6 – 11 years old, to get to know each other better, appreciate each other’s potential in the family, successfully manage some behavioral difficulties, and inattention, and enhance everyone’s strengths. A real training to improve relationships in the family and learn a more effective way to request collaboration and balance duties in daily actions.
Each chapter of the book presents instructions for use for parents, a story to read together with the children, suggestions for practical and reflective activities, activities for parents and children to do together, questions and answers only for children and questions and answers only for parents (to be shared only if those directly involved wish to do so).

What are experiential notebooks?
The experiential notebooks are a collection of proposals to accompany parents and children through experiences that can foster mutual knowledge.
In this “notebook,” a simple story explains the way in which our brains function to the children, which sometimes tend to take the form of defects but which, if properly managed, can even turn into strengths.
The goal is to show, and demonstrate, that each of our individual characteristics, even those that may appear to be the most critical, if understood and well managed, could hide a positive side, something constructive to turn to one’s advantage.
So even a stubborn attitude can become a superpower!
