THE STORY AND THE ACTIVITIES
A sweet story to regain hope
Supporting children’s growth in stormy times requires adults to be brave captains they can rely on. The educational program proposed in this book, suitable for kindergarten and the first years of primary school, suggests to the adult, teacher, educator, or parent, how to take the child by the hand and lead him/her in the exploration of his/her own resources, which are necessary for coping with difficulties.
The story and activities that follow it are based on ten actions that allow the child to acquire self-regulatory skills and acquire the skills necessary to cope with the most challenging moments, those in which something extraordinary happens that requires you to adapt quickly to new situations and ways of life.
10 actions to conquer self-regulatory competences
