Personal data concerning you and provided by you when filling in the subscription form for our newsletter service shall be processed by our company, pursuant to applicable laws and the confidentiality obligations we have always adhered to, as the ensuing policy sets out.

On filling in the subscription form for our newsletter servicewe shall collect some of your personal data, which shall be processed in order to send you newsletters containing Erickson news and promotions.

The processing of your data for the aforementioned purpose is based on your consent.

The aforementioned personal data shall be processed by the Data Controller using persons authorised to process the data (in other words employees belonging to the organisation, or third parties, designated as data processers, who perform duties for the Data Controller, in line with the aforementioned processing and purposes.

In any case, the disclosure of your personal data is not envisaged.

The provision of your personal data is optional, however if you do not provide the data marked as mandatory on the form, you will be unable to complete the subscription process needed in order to receive our newsletter.
