Know and manage fear, anger, disgust and joy
Here, from today I too have a diary of my own! I’ve been thinking about it for some time, ever since our teacher made us work on a book called “My diary of emotions” in class.
An engaging notebook-diary designed to help children, aged 7 and up, recognize, understand and manage negative emotions. It offers activities, quizzes and workshops to discover fear, anger, disgust and joy by playing, creating and… singing!
Volume structure
Designed as a diary where children can write notes, draw or simply dream, Emotion Hunt offers various activities, nursery rhymes and songs to help Martina, the protagonist, and young readers understand and manage negative emotions, inviting them to take notes and reflect like a real detective.
