The book illustrates the principles of Creative and Movement Theater CMT®, a method which promotes the well-being of pupils in the classroom through the language of theater and bodily expressions. CMT promotes the possibility of expressing one’s individuality within the class group, favours relationships between classmates and team play, but it is not only a well-being tool for students: for teachers it represents a useful approach for observing the class dynamics and being able to respond to the needs of the group effectively.

The book contains more than 50 activities, divided by level of school and age group, to create numerous workshops in the classroom:

  • 17 activities for kindergarten and the first two years of primary school;
  • 22 activities for primary school from third to fifth grade;
  • 20 activities for lower secondary school.
