Integrated training for SLD

The book Integrated Training for SLD is a training programme which invites teachers, parents and students to collaborate to help students with SLD aged between 9 and 14 years gain skills and confidence in their abilities. It presents activities to strengthen the skills that present greater difficulties (dyslexia, dysorthography, dysgraphia, dyscalculia) and can be used in school and/or outpatient contexts.

The program is divided into 3 different training sessions:

• Parent training: 6 meetings with information and worksheets to be carried out together with the parents;
• Teacher training: 6 stages of work with questions, brainstorming and moments of reflection designed for the teacher and to be proposed in class;
• Student training: 10 sessions with tasks and exercises, accompanied by an illustrated mini-guide full of suggestions, techniques and advice for understanding and dealing with dyslexia, dysorthography, dysgraphia, dyscalculia.

Furthermore, there is a colorful and fun mini-guide that helps students become aware of their characteristics.
