The QS4-G is a questionnaire for parents of children between 4 and 5 years old, which explores neuropsychological

development and emotional and somatic regulation, using 93 items belonging to the following areas:

• Language, Motor skills and autonomy, Memory and attention, Visual-motor skills, Lateralisation;

• Stability/hyperactivity and social skills, Stress, Diet, Sleep, Bowel

Easy and intuitive, it enables a developmental profile to be formed in a relatively short time, without the direct

involvement of the child, highlighting strengths and any areas of weakness or risk that need to be examined. Filling in

and interpreting results takes about 30 minutes.

Built and validated in Italy, the QS4-G has good concurrent, discriminant and predictive validity. Targeting those who

deal with caring for children who are potentially at risk and prevention, it can be used in clinical and research settings

on wide cohorts, in follow-up programmes and during diagnostic consultation.
