Marcello D’Amico

Lecturer in European Political Sciences at the Catholic University of Milan, he works as a consultant for public authorities and organisations in the third sector on European policies for social cohesion, on accessing European Union funding and on the evaluation of programmes co-funded by the EU. He has gained over ten years’ experience in planning and managing transnational co-funded projects from structural funds and from programmes directly managed by the European Union. Since 2009 he has participated, as a senior expert, in the evaluation of operational programmes co-funded with structural funds. Since 2010 he has coordinated the activities of ARETUSA, a European network of associations which works to promote and implement policies of equality between men and women. With Erickson he has published Planning in Europe (2014).
