Everything you need to review the topics of the primary school history programme, from prehistory to the fall of the Roman Empire, with diagrams, tables and timelines, all contained in a single case. A practical, easy-to-consult tool that, thanks to a clear and clean color graphic layout and the adoption of a simple vocabulary, takes advantage of the immediacy of visual impact to help children understand the main concepts of history.

How it’s used
The presentation of the topics follows the same order as the history teaching programme as it is addressed in third to fifth grade.  Each section is introduced by an illustrated cartoon that anticipates the content, providing the student with a “visual hook” for a greater understanding of the topic presented.
Immediate help is also offered by the timelines, found inside the foldable cover, which serve as useful tools for quick consultation of the main events that have characterized the history of the Universe and the evolution of life on our planet, as well as the main events that have marked the history of the great river civilizations and the Mediterranean.

An inclusive tool
The History Case is a result of the experience and expertise of the Edizioni Centro Studi Erickson in the field of teaching and learning, with particular reference to the themes of inclusiveness and Special Educational Needs, which enhance different learning styles, cognitive, relational and emotional skills. For students with greater difficulties, all forms of schematization and organization of knowledge with the help of meaningful images and a facilitated lexicon are of great assistance.

Recommended for
It is an indispensable tool for all primary school students, for teachers and parents, and it is extremely effective for students with Specific Learning Disabilities.
