The Emotions family really likes to tell stories. Every evening little Joy and her sister Sadness meet with uncle Anger, uncle Fear and their cousin Disgust to tell each other beautiful fairy tales: can you guess which story each of them is telling? A fun game for the whole family to develop collaboration, intelligence and emotional communication.  Guess the stories that the Emotions family is telling, and discover the beauty of fast and fun game snacks to do anywhere and in a few minutes!

How to play
The player in turn draws an Emotion card and must establish which of the five Fable cards in play best represents it, voting it in secret. The other players confront each other and try to guess which card was chosen.
The aim of the game is to be able to finish all the Emotion cards without ever choosing a Fable card marked by a Vote card with flames.  To guess which of the fairy tales depicted on the cards in play is told each time by a different member of the Emotions Family it is necessary to collaborate.  Moreover, by playing you will be able to develop:

  • emotional and communicative intelligence skills
  • observation and image interpretation skills

A fun game for the whole family, to develop collaboration, communication, and emotional intelligence.

The Emotions family loves to tell stories! Little Joy wants happy stories while her sister Sadness likes to be moved, her cousin Fear is always frightened, uncle Anger tends to get inflamed and her cousin Disgust ... never likes anything! Can you guess which story each of them is telling?

The game is designed for 2-6 players, from 5 years of age onwards. Each game lasts about 10 minutes.

MATERIALS

12 emotions cards: 4 joy - 2 sadness - 2 anger - 2 disgust - 2 fear

9 vote cards: 1 crown – 4 four-leaf clovers – 4 flames

80 Fable cards

GAME OBJECTIVE

The players must work together to guess which of the tales depicted on the cards in play is being told each time by a different member of the Emotions Family.

Moreover, by playing, children can develop these skills:

  • communication and emotional intelligence
  • cooperation
  • observation and interpretation of images

HOW TO PLAY

The player whose turn it is draws an Emotion card and must establish which of the five Fable cards in play best represents that emotion by voting for it in secret. The other players compare answers with each other and try to guess which card was chosen. Be careful not to make mistakes, or you risk getting burned!

END OF THE GAME

The game ends when a Fable card marked with a Flame Vote card is chosen or when the twelfth emotion is guessed. In the first case the players lose the game, in the second case they win!
