A book that contains 46 practical checklists for the acquisition, observation and evaluation of many autonomy skills at home, at school, at work and in leisure time.

Thanks to the breakdown of each task into a (modifiable) sequence of detailed actions, the checklists facilitate learning by the person with disabilities and allow for verification by the care-worker, who can document the type of help provided (gestural, verbal, physical, etc.) and the progress achieved on the summary sheets.

In the Appendix other checklist models are given for workers to use, while the attached colour images are a useful visual support (to cut-out, paste, hang, etc.) for the execution of some actions.

From the online resources it is possible to download additional worksheets that can be customized according to individual needs.
